The fine print, without the fine print.
Is the 20% really on every order?
Yes. It isn’t a first-order promo. Every shipment for as long as you’re subscribed comes off list price at 20%, and it applies to whichever product in your plan you’ve got selected that month.
Can I change the color or the product between shipments?
That’s the point of resupply. Open your subscription portal, and swap the variant — or the whole product — before the next order processes. Nothing is locked to what you picked on day one.
How do I skip or cancel?
In your subscription portal, any time, without emailing anyone. Skip a single shipment if you’re stocked up, push the date back, change the frequency, or cancel outright. No minimum number of orders.
How often should I actually replace a grip?
It depends on how much you play and how much you sweat, but tack fades well before a grip looks worn out. Most players who play several times a week notice a difference around the four-to-six week mark — which is why monthly is the default here.
What’s the difference between a resupply plan and Build a Box?
A resupply plan is one category on repeat — simple, and 20% off. Build a Box is a mixed order you assemble yourself across the whole own-brand range, where the discount scales with the size of the box: 25% over $35 and 30% over $60.
What does “own brand” mean here?
Spinwave and MODIFI are both ours. We spec the materials, we choose the tack and thickness, and we own the designs on the edge tape. Nothing in the subscription program is another company’s product bought at wholesale and passed along.
Do subscription orders ship free?
Orders over $100 ship free sitewide, and that includes subscription orders.
