Manufacturer Warranties

All new paddles sold by Spinwave Pickleball come with a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty coverage, terms, and approval decisions are handled directly by each brand.

Note: Manufacturer warranties are separate from Spinwave’s in-house return policy. Warranty claims are evaluated and decided by the paddle manufacturer, not Spinwave.

Brand Warranty Overview

Reminder: Many brands require warranty registration within a specific timeframe. Please register your paddle immediately after receiving it.

General Warranty Terms

  • Manufacturer warranty decisions are final and made at the brand level.
  • Typical evaluation time for a claim is approximately 6 weeks.
  • Not covered: Chips on edgeless paddles, fading graphics, normal wear and tear, abuse, user modifications, or breakdown from extended use.
  • If the paddle does not qualify, it will be returned with an explanation.
  • If the model is discontinued, you may be offered an alternate paddle depending on brand policy.
