All new paddles sold by Spinwave Pickleball come with a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty coverage, terms, and approval decisions are handled directly by each brand.

General Warranty Terms
- Manufacturer warranty decisions are final and made at the brand level.
- Typical evaluation time for a claim is approximately 6 weeks.
- Not covered: Chips on edgeless paddles, fading graphics, normal wear and tear, abuse, user modifications, or breakdown from extended use.
- If the paddle does not qualify, it will be returned with an explanation.
- If the model is discontinued, you may be offered an alternate paddle depending on brand policy.
