Does customizing void returns?
Yes. Once accessories are installed or modifications are made, the paddle is considered custom and is no longer eligible for our standard 30-day return policy.
How long does installation take?
Most custom builds ship within 1–2 business days. Every paddle is installed and quality-checked in-house before it leaves.
Are installs done in-house?
Yes. All custom installs are completed by Spinwave specialists — never outsourced.
Can I request something not listed?
Absolutely. Email customs@spinwavepickleball.com with what you're looking for and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can you weight-match my paddle?
If you have a target weight or balance preference, leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to match it within available inventory.
