Online Orders
30-Day WindowAll returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase — no exceptions to the window.
Paddles — New paddles may be returned within 30 days, even if you've played with them. The one exception: installing a Hesacore Grip or Slyce Cap voids the return policy. Once a structural modification is made, the paddle is no longer eligible.
Clothing, Bags & Shoes — Must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted.
If you add accessories to your paddle order — such as edge guard tape, grip tape, or lead tape weights — those accessories are non-refundable. The paddle itself remains fully eligible for a refund under the standard 30-day policy, provided it meets all other conditions.

Returned used when new condition was required? The item will be sent back to you at your expense. A $10 reshipment fee applies.
Processing & Refunds
After we receive your return at Great Neck, here's what to expect. Original shipping charges and prepaid label fees are non-refundable.
You can select store credit during the return process. We may limit returns for accounts with unusually high return activity — store credit may be the only option in those cases.
