Spinwave Pickleball Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our full return policy for online and in-store purchases.
🟩 Online Orders – 30-Day Return Window
All online returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions outside this window.
You can submit a return through our Return Portal:
🟩 What You Can Return (Online)
Paddles
- New paddles may be returned within 30 days — even if you tried them.
- Installing a Hesacore Grip or Slyce Cap voids the 30-day return policy.
Clothing, Bags, Shoes
- Must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless noted below.
🟩 Return Label Options
1. Through the Return Portal (Customer-Paid)
If you choose to purchase a prepaid label directly through our return portal, the cost is:
$10 flat rate (charged up front during the submission process).
2. Request a Label from Spinwave (Refund Deduction)
If you contact us and request that we generate your label manually, we will:
- Email you a prepaid USPS label
- Deduct $10 from your final refund
3. Use Your Own Label (Free Option)
You’re welcome to use your own shipping method. We recommend a trackable carrier.
🟥 Items We Cannot Accept
- Gearbox brand paddles
- Selkirk Labs paddles
- Used paddles sold as-is
- Customized paddles (engraving, Slyce caps, Hesacore installation)
- Engraved paddles (final sale)
- Clothing or bags missing original tags
If an item requiring “new/unworn” condition is returned used, it will be sent back to you. A $10 reshipment fee applies.
🟧 Excessive Return Activity
To keep the process fair, Spinwave may limit or deny refunds for customers with unusually high return activity. In these cases, store credit may be the only option moving forward.
🟩 Store Credit Option
During the return process, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
🟩 Return Processing Time
- Returns may take up to 5 business days to process after arrival.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Original shipping charges and prepaid return label fees are non-refundable.

🟩 In-Store Purchase Returns
Used Paddles
May be returned within 7 days for store credit only.
New & Unused Paddles
May be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit.
Installing a Hesacore Grip or Slyce Cap voids the 30-day return policy.
Clothing, Bags, Shoes
Must be new, unworn, with original tags. Returnable within 30 days.
Not Eligible (In-Store)
- Customized paddles (unless unused)
- Limited edition or collaboration paddles (must be unused)
- Gearbox and Selkirk Labs paddles (not returnable once used)
- Engraved paddles
