    Play with Confidence: 30-Day Return Policy at Spinwave Pickleball

    Spinwave Pickleball wants to ensure you find the perfect gear for your game. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return policy for all online orders.

    What You Can Return:

    • Paddles (New): Take your time finding your perfect match. You can return any new paddle within 30 days, but you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Our guarantee covers most paddles! However, it does not apply to Gearbox brand paddles, used paddles, or paddles that have been personalized (name, weight, etc.) or re-gripped.
    • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Clothing and shoes must have original tags attached and be in unworn condition to be eligible for a return. You'll also be responsible for return shipping costs.

    What We Can't Accept:

    • Custom Paddles: Custom paddles must be returned new and unused for a full refund.
    • Limited Edition and Collaboration Paddles: Paddles must be returned new and unused for a full refund.
    • Used Equipment: Paddles purchased from our used section are final sale. Used paddles have all been inspected and tested for defects before shipping.
    • Missing Tags: Clothing, bags, and shoes without original tags cannot be returned.

    Important Note:

    If items that are supposed to be returned unused are found to be used, they will be sent back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for a $10 return shipping cost.

    Store Credit Option:

    Instead of a refund, customers can choose to receive store credit for their return. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Spinwave Pickleball.

    Return Processing Time:

    Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days. After processing, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

    How to Return:

    1. Pack your items securely.
    2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
    3. Ship your return to: Spinwave Pickleball - 138a Middle Neck Rd. Great Neck, NY 11021

    No RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required.

    Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, minus any original shipping costs. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used. If you choose store credit, it will be applied to your Spinwave Pickleball account.
