Online Orders: Play with Confidence

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a generous 30-day return policy for all online orders. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase—no exceptions beyond this window.


What You Can Return:

  • Paddles: We accept returns on any new paddle — even if you tried it — within 30 days.
    Installing a Hesacore grip or Slyce cap will void our 30-day return policy.

  • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Items must have original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless a prepaid label is requested.


Return Label Options:

  • $10 Prepaid Label: Available upon request for paddles and small accessories. A flat $10 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Sneakers and Larger Items: Return label cost is based on weight and location. Please contact us for a quote.

  • Using Your Own Label: You’re welcome to use your own return shipping method instead of our label. We recommend using a trackable service.


To request a return label, email us at returns@spinwavepickleball.com. This inbox is monitored constantly, and you can expect a response within 24–48 hours.


What We Can’t Accept:

  • Gearbox brand paddles

  • Selkirk Labs paddles

  • Used paddles sold as-is

  • Customized paddles (e.g., personalized name, installed Slyce caps, Hesacore grips)

  • Engraved paddles (final sale)

  • Clothing/Bags missing original tags

Important Note:
If any item required to be unused is returned in used condition, it will be sent back at a cost of $10 for return shipping.

Excessive Returns
To keep our return process fair, Spinwave reserves the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of excessive return activity. Customers with excessive repeated returns may be restricted to store credit only for future returns.


Store Credit Option:

You may choose store credit instead of a refund during the return process.


Return Processing Time:

  • It may take up to 5 business days to process returns from the date of arrival.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Original shipping and return label fees are non-refundable.


How to Return:

  1. Pack items securely.

  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.

  3. Ship to:

No RMA is required.


In-Store Purchases

We offer a flexible in-store return policy with the following conditions:

  • Used Paddles: Paddles that have been played with may be returned within 7 days for store credit only. We offer this limited return window because customers have the option to use our demo program before purchasing.

  • New & Unused Paddles: May be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.
    Installing a Hesacore grip or Slyce cap will void our 30-day return policy.

  • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Must have original tags attached and be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit.


Items Not Eligible for Return (In-Store):

  • Customized paddles (must be returned new and unused)

  • Limited edition and collaboration paddles (must be new and unused)

  • Gearbox and Selkirk Labs paddles (not returnable in used condition)

  • Engraved paddles (final sale)
