    Online Orders: Play with Confidence

    30-Day Return Policy
    We want to ensure you find the perfect gear for your game. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return policy for all online orders.

    What You Can Return:

    • Paddles (New): Return any new paddle within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This policy applies to most paddles except:
      • Gearbox brand paddles
      • Selkirk Labs Paddles
      • Used paddles
      • Customized paddles (e.g., personalized with names, slyce caps, or have hesacore grips installed)
    • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Items must have original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    What We Can’t Accept:

    • Custom Paddles: Must be returned new and unused for a refund.
    • Limited Edition and Collaboration Paddles: Must also be returned new and unused.
    • Used Equipment: All used paddles are final sale.
    • Clothing/Bags Missing Tags: Items without tags are not eligible for return.

    Important Note:
    If items required to be unused are found to be used, they will be sent back to the customer at a cost of $10 for return shipping.

    Store Credit Option:
    Instead of a refund, you can opt for store credit for future purchases.

    Return Processing Time:
    Returns are processed within 2 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice. Please allow 24-48 hours for refunds to be applied to the original payment method.

    How to Return:

    1. Pack items securely.
    2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
    3. Ship to:

      No RMA is required.

      Refund Details:
      Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus original shipping costs. 


      In-Store Purchases

      Return Policy
      Spinwave Pickleball offers a flexible return policy for in-store purchases with specific conditions for demo users.

      What You Can Return:

      • Paddles: Customers that purchased new paddles may return paddles they’ve tried within 7 days of purchase. Returns are only eligible for store credit. Paddles must not be altered cosmetically (i.e - Grip removed or changed) Certain retain restrictions apply. 
      • Paddles (New & Unused): New paddles that haven’t been used can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.
      • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Items must have original tags attached and be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

      What We Can’t Accept:

      • Custom Paddles: Must be returned new and unused.
      • Limited Edition and Collaboration Paddles: Returns must follow the same conditions as online—new and unused.
      • Gearbox paddles Gearbox paddles may not be returned in used condition.
