Return Policy

  • 30 Day Return Policy from the original date of purchase with accompanying proof of purchase (i.e. receipt or order confirmation). All returns are inspected upon arrival for quality assurance.  Used and damaged merchandise cannot be returned. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging.
  • We do not offer free return shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please include print out of the order. Please mail back returns to the address below:

  • Please keep all tracking records for returns. Spinwave Pickleball is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during the return process.
  • Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow three business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Used paddles return: All sales are final on the purchase of used paddles, including used Demos.
