    Online Orders: Play with Confidence

    30-Day Return Policy
    We want to ensure you find the perfect gear for your game. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return policy for all online orders.

    What You Can Return:

    • We accept returns on any new paddle — even if you tried it out — within 30 days of purchase.

      However, the following paddles are not eligible for return:

      • Gearbox brand paddles

      • Selkirk Labs paddles

      • Used paddles sold as-is

      • Customized paddles, including those with:

        • Personalization (e.g., names)

        • Installed Slyce caps

        • Installed Hesacore grips

    • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Items must have original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    What We Can’t Accept:

    • Custom Paddles: Paddles purchases from our custom section must be returned new and unused for a refund.
    • Limited Edition and Collaboration Paddles: Must also be returned new and unused.
    • Engraved Paddles: All Engraved items are final sale.
    • Used Equipment: All paddles purchased from used section are final sale.
    • Clothing/Bags Missing Tags: Items without tags are not eligible for return.

    Important Note:
    If items required to be unused are found to be used, they will be sent back to the customer at a cost of $10 for return shipping.

    Store Credit Option:
    Instead of a refund, you can opt for store credit for future purchases.

    Return Processing Time:
    Returns are processed within 2 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice. Please allow 24-48 hours for refunds to be applied to the original payment method.

    How to Return:

    1. Pack items securely.
    2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
    3. Ship to:

      No RMA is required.

      Refund Details:
      Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus original shipping costs. 


      In-Store Purchases

      Return Policy
      Spinwave Pickleball offers a flexible return policy for in-store purchases with specific conditions for demo users.

      What You Can Return:

      • Paddles: Customers that purchased new paddles may return paddles they’ve tried within 7 days of purchase. Returns are only eligible for store credit. Paddles must not be altered cosmetically (i.e - Grip removed or changed) Certain retain restrictions apply. 
      • Paddles (New & Unused): New paddles that haven’t been used can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.
      • Clothing, Bags & Shoes (New & Unworn): Items must have original tags attached and be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

      What We Can’t Accept:

      • Custom Paddles: Must be returned new and unused.
      • Limited Edition and Collaboration Paddles: Returns must follow the same conditions as online—new and unused.
      • Gearbox Paddles Gearbox paddles may not be returned in used condition. 
      • Selkirk Labs Paddles paddles may not be returned in used condition.

        • For online returns, use a trackable shipping service.
