Online Orders

30-Day Window

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase — no exceptions to the window.

Paddles — New paddles may be returned within 30 days, even if you've played with them. The one exception: installing a Hesacore Grip or Slyce Cap voids the return policy. Once a structural modification is made, the paddle is no longer eligible.

Clothing, Bags & Shoes — Must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted.

Add-On Accessory Policy

If you add accessories to your paddle order — such as edge guard tape, grip tape, or lead tape weights — those accessories are non-refundable. The paddle itself remains fully eligible for a refund under the standard 30-day policy, provided it meets all other conditions.

Returned used when new condition was required? The item will be sent back to you at your expense. A $10 reshipment fee applies.

Processing & Refunds

After we receive your return at Great Neck, here's what to expect. Original shipping charges and prepaid label fees are non-refundable.

Inspection — up to 5 business days
We inspect and process all returns within 5 business days of receipt.

Refund issued
Refunds go to your original payment method, or store credit — your choice. Select your preference during the return process.
Prefer Store Credit?

You can select store credit during the return process. We may limit returns for accounts with unusually high return activity — store credit may be the only option in those cases.

Bring your receipt or order confirmation to either location. Policies vary slightly by product type.
