The Paddle

The J2NF is the Gen 4.5 Sword & Shield, built on Honolulu's patent-pending Aero Hybrid Plus shape — 16.2" x 7.8", elongated-style leverage in a frame that still swings like a standard paddle. The face is CFC (carbon fiber / fiberglass / carbon) over a multi-density all-foam core: EPP center, EVA perimeter, tuned to a max PBCoR of 0.434 — right at the USAP legal ceiling for pop.

On court that reads as a huge sweet spot with a firm, connected feel rather than a soft one. Swing weight sits at 110–114 with a twist weight of 7, so the head stays quick through hands battles and off-center contact still comes off the face straight. Drives carry, resets stay low, and mishits mostly stay in play.
