The Paddle

ProKennex made its name on arm protection in racket sports, and the Black Ace 16 is that engineering pointed at pickleball. Kinetic Technology is built in near the core and runs down into the 5.3" tapered handle, where it damps the frame oscillation a stiff paddle otherwise sends straight through your wrist and elbow. ProKennex's own line for it is simple: less vibration reaching your arm, less fatigue late in a long session. That is the entire reason this build exists.

The damping doesn't cost you the ball. A 10.6" x 8" Carbon Fire hitting surface — Toray carbon fiber, retextured — keeps the grit for spin and dwell time while adding real pop, and the 16mm polypropylene honeycomb core cushions impact and opens the sweet spot across the face. Resets sit down, dinks stay low, drives leave clean. It plays like a control paddle that hits harder than it feels.
