The Paddle

The Kosmos is JOOLA's first hybrid shape — the reach of a Perseus and the sweet spot of a Scorpeus in one 16.3" x 7.7" frame. It's Federico Staksrud's signature shape, and he asked for it for a practical reason: he didn't want to change paddles between singles and doubles.

The Pro V generation is where the tech lands. KineticFrame flexes at the throat to store swing momentum and hand it back at contact. The Propulsion Core gives controlled flex — power you can access without losing touch. A Hyperfoam Edge Wall runs the perimeter to keep the sweet spot stable out toward the corners. The independent numbers line up with the pitch: 114 swing weight, 6.53 twist weight, 2,188 RPM of spin on the 16mm. It drives, it counters, and it doesn't feel like it gave something up to do both.
