The Jelly Bean 2 is 11SIX24 going the other direction from the Power 2. Softer, denser EMA foam core, the ball sits on the face longer, and you get touch you can actually trust at the kitchen line. Then they added HexGrit, so this is the first time a soft-feel 11SIX24 paddle gets the spin surface that doesn't wear off.
The Ultré is the longer, head-heavy hybrid: 16.3 inches by 7.7 inches, built on 11SIX24's flagship shape. It carries the most weight behind the ball of any Jelly Bean 2, so you get a control paddle that still drives with some authority.

Power and pop (third-party lab data). Roughly 36th percentile power and 31st percentile pop, with a measured swing weight of 118 and twist weight of 6.7. Translation: still a control paddle, but the most firepower of the control-leaning Jelly Bean 2 shapes.
Feel. Soft, dense, plush. The extra swing weight firms it up a little on big swings. Swing weights have varied more than usual unit to unit (some measured above 120), so weigh yours before adding any tape.

No. It's UPA-A certified only. The original Vapor Jelly Bean is the USAP-legal option in the family.

Should I add weight?
