Break-In & Refresh Program

The J2K+ is a Gen 3 floating core paddle, requiring a break-in period to reach its optimal range. As you play, it will go through three performance phases:

1. Break-in Period – Paddle gradually reaches peak performance.
2. Normal Operating Range – The paddle delivers its best playing characteristics.
3. Breakdown Point – Performance gradually declines over time.

To keep you playing at your best, we offer the J2K+ Refresh Program, allowing you to purchase up to two replacement paddles at 50% off when your paddle reaches its breakdown point.

Refresh Program Details:

✔ Valid for paddles purchased directly from our website or authorized dealers.
✔ Activated after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires.
✔ Customers may purchase one or two refresh paddles at the discounted rate.
✔ Refresh purchase must be made within six months of the original purchase date.
✔ Warranty on refresh paddles: 3 months from purchase date.
