Your order placed weekdays (Monday-Friday) is shipped from our store the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please use an alternate address.

DAMAGES
Spinwave Pickleball is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Spinwave Pickleball is not liable for packages stolen after delivery. If you are concerned about your package being left out by the carrier, please request signature confirmation to protect your package.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
