Fast and Reliable Shipping at Spinwave Pickleball

At Spinwave Pickleball, we want to ensure you receive your gear as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect with our shipping process:

Order Processing:

  • Weekday Orders: Most orders placed between Monday and Friday will be shipped the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place your order on a weekend, it will be shipped out on Monday/Tuesday depending on order volume over the weekend. 
  • Orders for Custom Paddles:  Custom paddles may take up to 3 business days ship.
  • Shipping Delays: If there’s a significant delay in shipping your order, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide an alternate address to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages and Losses:

  • Damaged Orders: Spinwave Pickleball is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. To protect your package, consider requesting signature confirmation, especially if you’re concerned about it being left out after delivery.
  • Stolen Packages: Spinwave Pickleball is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package or having it delivered to a secure location. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Filing a Claim: Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
