Engage's supremely popular Pursuit line of pickleball paddles expands once again, this time with a new "Enhanced Friction Carbon" face, USA-made construction, and an almost unbelievable sub-$200 price tag. The Engage Pursuit MAXX EX 6.0 Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle is the traditionally-shaped variant of the MAXX line, measuring 16" in overall length, by 8" in width, with a 5.0" long handle. These are the familiar proportions of the game's most popular paddles; however, what isn't so familiar to experienced players is the combination of top-tier materials and performance offered at such an accessible price.

This one-piece paddle works to help you play a balanced all-court game, excelling equally in the offensive and defensive aspects of the game. The 16" length still works well for drives and overheads, while the 8" width spreads the sweet spot for well-placed drop shots as well as blocking your opponent's drives right back into their kitchen. The Enhanced Friction Carbon hitting surface is a soft, friction-based carbon fiber surface boasting impressive grit and ball dwell time to help you impart spin and really feel the ball with every strike. The handle measure 4-3/8" in circumference and arrives wrapped in a perforated, cushioned grip.

Available in both LITE (avg. 7.75 oz.) and Standard (avg. 8.2 oz.) weights, the Pursuit MAXX EX 6.0 Paddle from Engage Pickleball is well-suited to any player who prides themselves on all-court control. At the heart of this paddle lives an 15.8mm (0.62") thick Control Pro Black Polymer core. This super-soft core further enhances control to help keep your dinks low, while also limiting vibrations and returning energy to the ball for a little pop when you need it. Surrounding the polymer core is a foam-injected Vortex Barrier Edge that further eats up vibrations while expanding the sweet spot and adding stability to off-center strikes.

Lastly, Engage states Pursuit MAXX paddles are optimized to "pass the most stringent community noise requirements," too.

Actual grip sizes may vary up to 1/8"
